Sheryl’s Den Animal Rescue Adoption Process

Once you have applied to adopt, the application processing may take up to 48 hours. Upon approval, we will contact you via email and/or telephone to discuss your interest in detail. Our open friendly adoption policies make selecting your new family member a pleasant experience. Our volunteers look forward to chatting with you to arrange a “meet and greet” visitation or an adoption appointment.

Please remember, when you adopt you are making a lifetime commitment to your new pet. The relationship between an adopter and Sheryl’s Den Animal Rescue doesn’t end once the paperwork is completed. We consider our adopters to be a part of our family.

Our volunteers and trainers are available to offer guidance and suggestions during the pet’s transition after they join their new home and family. We encourage adopters to be in touch and as we enjoy receiving updates and photos of our adoptees.

Out Of State Adopters must be willing to come to New Jersey in order to meet and adopt. We do not transport our precious cargo.

Adoption Fees Dogs: $350      Unaltered Puppies: $400 ($50.00 refunded after being altered)
